開発者（以下「当方」）は、当方が提供するモバイルアプリケーション「SwitchRun!」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリは、利用者の氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号等の個人を直接特定する情報を、当方が自ら入力を求めて収集することはありません。一方で、本アプリに組み込まれた第三者の広告・分析サービス（以下「第三者サービス」）を通じて、以下のような情報が自動的に収集される場合があります。

  • 広告識別子（IDFA / Advertising Identifier）等のデバイス識別子
  • IPアドレス、およびそこから推定されるおおよその位置情報
  • デバイスの種類、OSバージョン等のデバイス情報
  • アプリの利用状況・操作履歴（表示した広告、操作したコンテンツ等）
  • クラッシュ情報、パフォーマンスに関する診断情報

2. 情報を利用する目的

収集された情報は、以下の目的で利用されます。

  • 広告の表示および配信（ターゲティング広告を含む）
  • 広告効果の測定・分析
  • 本アプリの利用状況の分析、品質および機能の改善
  • 不具合の診断および修正

3. 第三者サービスについて

本アプリは、広告の配信および分析のために、以下の第三者サービスを利用しています。広告の配信は、複数の広告ネットワークを統合する「メディエーション」を通じて行われます。これらのサービスによる情報の収集・利用については、各社のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

4. トラッキングの許可について（App Tracking Transparency）

本アプリは、利用者に最適な広告を表示するため、広告識別子（IDFA）を利用したトラッキングを行う場合があります。トラッキングを行う際は、Apple のApp Tracking Transparency（ATT）フレームワークに基づき、事前に利用者へ許可を求めます。利用者は、この許可をいつでも端末の「設定」アプリから変更することができます。

5. 広告のパーソナライズの停止について

利用者は、端末の設定から広告のパーソナライズ(追跡型広告)を無効にすることができます。

  • iOS：「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」から本アプリのトラッキングをオフにする

6. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは、特定の年齢未満の子どもを主たる対象として設計されたものではありません。当方は、保護者の同意なく子どもから個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。

7. 情報の安全管理

本アプリ内で端末内に保存されるデータ（ゲームのセーブデータ等）は、原則として利用者の端末内でのみ管理されます。当方は、収集される情報の適切な取り扱いに努めます。

8. 本ポリシーの変更

当方は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後の本ポリシーは、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled in the mobile application "SwitchRun!" (the "App") provided by the developer ("we", "us").

1. Information We Collect

We do not directly collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number through the App. However, third-party advertising and analytics services integrated into the App may automatically collect the following information:

  • Device identifiers such as the Advertising Identifier (IDFA)
  • IP address and approximate location derived from it
  • Device information such as device type and OS version
  • App usage and interaction data (ads viewed, content interacted with, etc.)
  • Crash logs and performance diagnostics

The App may use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) for tracking in order to show relevant ads. Where tracking is used, we request your permission in advance through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. You can change this permission at any time in your device Settings.

5. Opting Out of Personalized Ads

You can disable personalized (tracking-based) advertising in your device settings: on iOS, go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and turn off tracking for this App.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not primarily directed at children under a certain age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental consent.

7. Data Security

Data stored on the device (such as game save data) is, in principle, managed only within the user's device. We strive to handle collected information appropriately.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated policy becomes effective when posted on this page.
